Concrete Closet

Have you ever thought about people who live in mobile homes and have no where to go during a tornado? Here is a good idea for a shelter for mobile homes. It is a concrete closet dug and installed in the ground under the structure. I think if I had the excess financing, I would invest in one. That is, if I lived in a mobile home.

  1. There is little to no air infiltration within these homes, resulting in a substantial decrease in dust, bugs, pollen and disease in general. Because of an ICF home is so airtight, an air exchange system is required. These systems can filter and regulate heat and humidity more efficiently than traditional systems.
